Shakespeare in the Classroom—Measure for Measure
Dates: February 23, 2026-March13, 2026
Time: During the school day
Location: Your School
Class price: $250
Appropriate for Middle and High School students, this 50-minute interactive workshop explores the language and themes of Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure. Through entertaining literary activities and high stakes competition, our Youth and Community Arts teaching team will guide learners through an artistic educational experience that demystifies Elizabethan language and provides accessible entry points into this time-honored classic.
Workshops can take place on the booking school’s campus or on PCPA’s campus as a preshow engagement if your class is attending a performance. If the workshop takes place on the booking school’s campus, they can be held in a teacher’s classroom or other designated indoor space on campus.
If interested in booking this workshop, click HERE or please contact Youth and Community Arts Coordinator, Jill Price [email protected] 805-928-7731 ext. 4151
If interested in bringing your students to the show, contact Group Sales Coordinator, Kelly Stegall [email protected] 805-928-7731ext. 4150

Workshops are available T-F, February 23th-March 13th, during the school day
Workshop Cost: $125
These workshops deepen your students’ engagement with the show, and we therefore recommend attending the workshop before seeing the production. However, the workshop is not dependent on having seen the performance.
