I am interested in assisting my students to breakdown their perceived limitations, and expand their perception of what is possible. Giving them the tools and the confidence to fully use themselves in their work—both physically and emotionally.

The joy of working at PCPA is that I am surrounded by committed teaching artists and students. The students, as well as the resident artists are here to grow. The quality of training that happens at PCPA is at least at the BFA level—and it is delivered at a fraction of the tuition costs of any BFA program.

The production values and artistic standards of the mainstage professional plays and musicals are extremely impressive, and the students have the opportunity of working side by side in these productions with their faculty.

As an actor, I am not only grateful for the variety of roles I am able to play, but because my students are looking for my example, I have to “put my money where my mouth is” in my own rehearsal and performance process—and this keeps me honest in my acting work.
