Nancy Nagano

Nancy Nagano finished her musical studies in cello performance at the Staaliche Musik Hochschule in Freiburg, Germany. She has played with the Freiburger Theater Orchestra, Southwest German Radio Orchestra and in Japan, with the Kobe Chamber Orchestra, The New Japan Philharmonic as well as other orchestras throughout Japan. She was principal cello of the SLO Symphony and conductor of the SLO Youth Symphony for over 20 years before retiring in 2022. Presently, she plays for various local orchestras and chamber groups.
