Raymond Henley

Raymond is delighted to return for his second year of training with PCPA after working in last season’s run of Waitress (Swing). Originally from San Bernardino, California, he’s been performing for over a decade in community and school shows. A highlight being in San Bernardino Valley College Theater’s production of Little Shop of Horrors (Orin) where he was nominated for the Irene Ryan Scholarship and invited to perform at the Region 8 Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival in 2023. He also trained for a week in New York with Open Jar Studios’ Summer Intensive that year. Raymond has also trained with Cal State San Bernardino Opera Theatre where he sang in the world premiere of Spiritual Forest (Chorus) and US premier of The Next Whiskey Bar (Horst). Other credits include The SpongeBob Musical (Patrick), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Barfee), Seussical (Mr. Mayor), Urinetown (Old Man Strong/Ensemble), Matilda (Childrens’ Entertainer/Henchmen), Evil Dead
(Professor Knowby/Ed u/s), Shrek (Pig/Knight), You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Linus) and The Music Man (Constable Locke).
