Rosalyn A. Mataele

Born in The Bay, raised around the world, Rosalyn has called only one place home: the stage. She has taken acting classes since the age of three and won various awards throughout the years for her dedication. Rather recently, she has broadened her range of roles. From portraying a Satanic high schooler in an adaptation of The Breakfast Club to the middle-aged, yet effervescent Karen Nash in Plaza Suite to the painstaking Pam/ Ensemble in the beloved Johnathan Larson musical, RENT. Offstage, she’s had the privilege of being an Assistant Stage Manager, Data Imaging Technician, Hairstylist, Assistant Director, etc. With such riveting experiences both on and offstage, she is thrilled to further hone her craft at PCPA!
