Community Events

Youth and Community Arts works in partnerships with different community organizations to provide experiences that go beyond the stage. These curated events encourage our audiences to create new connections to each other through different artistic engagements in touch between main stage shows.

Sing-alongs at Lark and Sparrow

Curated by PCPA Music Director Paul Marszalkowski, our Showtunes Sing-alongs are a crowd favorite at Lark and Sparrow in Old Orcutt. This 21-and-over event happens sporadically throughout the season, so keep an eye out for our next one!

Our next Show Tunes Sing-Along is on May 16th, 7:30pm -9:30pm

Pastorela

El Ermitaño by Miguel Sabido is a delightful 60-minute play in Spanish, brimming with music, humor, and time-honored tradition. El Ermitaño charmingly delivers all the essential elements of a Pastorela: the angel, the devil, the eternal battle between good and evil, and the human condition that connects us all. A wonderful Mexican traditional Christmas play in Spanish.
